Real Estate is my second career after working in the commercial design field for many years.  I learned numerous skills working in the corporate world and I gained so much more than just design skills.  My knowledge level and my communication skills developed greatly and I felt extremely comfortable working with people in all industries by helping them to analyze their businesses and to determine the space needs that would provide for the most productive work environments for their employees.  Residential space needs have many of the same issues to analyze but in a smaller and more personal level.  Rather than spending hours with corporations I now devote my time to families looking for new homes and selling homes too!

  • Honest and efficient recommendations of how to get your home ready to list.  I have beautiful photographs taken where we often bring in lighting to better show spaces.  If your home needs to be staged in some way I am able to help with a couple items or bring in a professional service for a fee if extensive staging is required.
